Training prize for B+K

In December, Bischof + Klein was awarded the Straubing-Bogen district training prize.

In his eulogy, district administrator Alfred Reisinger emphasised the company's extraordinary commitment towards specialist trainees. The success of these efforts is reflected, for example, in the fact that two former trainees from B+K's Konzell subsidiary were honoured as the best in the state by the chamber of trade and commerce (IHK) this year.

Since 1979, Bischof + Klein has trained 150 young people in Konzell. 28 trainees are currently learning a vocation at B+K in Konzell. The company offers a total of nine different training courses, from process engineer and printer to IT systems electrician. High-quality internal tuition and a supporting environment within the company number amongst the advantages of a training course at B+K. The company additionally promotes trainees by reimbursing funds for books or travel expenses to vocational college besides offering internal advanced training options. The district administrator emphasised the importance of in-depth training for a professional career and for the integration of adolescents into society. Qualified specialists are important for the entire region.
