"We want to structure the future!" This intent runs throughout Bischof + Klein's entire corporate history. The family-owned company thinks in terms of generations. The company's orientation towards economic standards is supplemented by responsibility towards its employees and their families plus conscientious treatment of the environment and resources. This gives rise to the modern concept of "sustainability", which is nothing new for B+K: this balance between economy, social responsibility and ecology forms part of the company's tradition.

Bischof + Klein has grown continuously and has for decades affirmed its position as a leading European full-range supplier of flexible packaging and technical foils. B+K seizes opportunities in new markets, develops innovations, and is the preferred partner among its customers. The company is permanently investing in the modernisation of its German and international locations.

Social Issues

“Motivated employees are our potential for success“, is one of B+K’s central company guidelines. We dedicate ourselves to training and further education, cooperate with numerous schools and third-level institutes, and offer our employees career perspectives at home and abroad. Health promotion, and combining career and family are further Personnel Management focal points.

Personnel Development

Social Projects

B+K is a pioneer of industry, which declared environmental protection an integral part of its company policy as far back as the 1980’s. For its dedication, B+K was appointed “Partner of the European Year of the Environment” in 1987. In 1996 we were one of the first packaging companies to voluntarily take part in an eco-audit or EMAS System.
