Remote Support

Our AnyDesk remote solution is available to provide remote support both to our employees and to our external customers and partners. An Internet connection is required to use the software - installation on your computer is not necessary for this.

ANYDESK INSTRUCTION

•    Download the appropriate client for your operating system (see downloads on the right):

  •  Windows download (BuK_AnyDesk.exe)
  • MAC OS download (BuK_AnyDesk.dmg)
  • Linux 32-bit download (BuK_AnyDesk.tar.gz)
  • Linux 64-bit download (BuK_AnyDesk_x64.tar.gz)

•    Run the AnyDesk client on your computer.
•    Inform the Information Technology employee of your AnyDesk address.
•    Wait until the connection has been established.
•    Confirm access to your computer.
